Directions

Beech Hill House is very easy to find as we are just off the A590 and the first house as you approach the village. From the M6 motorway leave at junction 36 and follow the signs for Windermere. After about 2 miles turn left onto the A590 which is signposted Barrow-in-Furness . Follow the dual carriageway and after a while it turns into an ordinary road. About mile after the speed camera on the ordinary road it turns back into a dual carriageway again. As you approach this dual carriageway go into the right hand lane and turn right (signposted Witherslack Bowland Bridge Halecat). Immediately off the dual carriageway you will cross a cattle grid and we are the detached house on the left. If you reach the Derby Arms you've gone too far so turn around and come back the way you came. We are the detached house on the right just before the cattle grid. When on the A590 if you miss the turning when it turns back into the dual carriageway again just keep going to the roundabout. Go round the roundabout and come back along the dual carriageway and our turning is the 1st on the left after the garage.
